Peak District Adventure Map

The Peak District is a popular weekend destination for walkers, cyclists, mountain bikers and climbers. It’s located between Manchester and Sheffield and extends south to Ashbourne in Derbyshire.

It’s divided into two areas, the southerly White Peak has limestone geology with rolling hills and steep sided valleys while the northern Dark Peak has open moorland and gritstone edges.

We have been to this area numerous times and it’s ideal for day trips, once you have been you will want to return for more adventures
